[PATCH] s_client starttls ldap

Hi everyone,

I took the initiative to implement the missing ldap starttls
functionalists of the 'openssl s_client' command. Now it is possible to
check a LDAP TLS Connection.

#> openssl s_client -starttls ldap -connect localhost:389

Comments about the patch are more then welcome!
