I'm not sure what you're trying to show me there. What does this give you:

git ls-remote --tags origin | grep OpenSSL_1_1_0

Yes, thank you.  You have created a new branch for this tag,
i didn't think about that first, because all the pre- were on
plain [master].  Now have it.
